We offer our students several payment options. Tuition includes the current year CPT manual, ICD-10 manual, HCPCS manual, one year AAPC student membership, workbook, study guide and one AAPC online practice exam. *Does not include AAPC examination fee of $300. The examination fee may be paid at anytime. However we encourage our students not wait too long after completing the course. You will need to pay the examination fee at least 4 weeks prior to your choice of testing date. Your welcome packet will include instructions on registering for the examination. Test are offered monthly in several locations near you. Course deposit is due at least two weeks prior to the beginning of class to allow ample time for delivery of your course material. Monthly tuition payment due dates are outlined in the student contract. Class duration is based upon which payment option you select. You will be given access to your coursework accordingly. *Tuition includes a $550 non-refundable deposit. Students selecting the one-time payment will have the option to pay in full or finance with PayPal Credit upon registration(subject to PayPal terms and agreement).
